Chad MacDonald,
President & CEO |
|
ServiceForce founder, Chad MacDonald, has become nationally known for his visionary approach to the strategic growth of business, the facilities maintenance industry and emerging technologies. While in college, Mr. MacDonald founded Service Management USA, Inc., which grew both organically and through strategic acquisitions to become one of the nation’s preeminent facilities maintenance service contractors. His company became the platform company for Building One Services Corporation (NASDAQ:BOSS). Chad was the driving force in this acquisition and consolidation of more than 100+ janitorial, electrical and mechanical companies with more than $2 billion in revenues. Chad’s success has been continuously recognized through the years by numerous, prominent organizations: Twice honored in Ernst &Young’s Entrepreneur Of the Year program Received INC Magazine 500 Fastest Growing Companies for two successive years Awarded Arthur Anderson’s Fast Track Growth Award Named Virginia Business Magazine’s Fantastic Fifty. In 2000, Chad turned his attention to emerging service and supply chain technologies and became a lead investor in PurchasePro, (NASDAQ ppro) a leading enterprise spend management solution, MacDonald provided operational and financial direction for one of the most successful IPO’s that year. With the advent of new web based technologies and the rapid changes going on in “MRO” distribution / supply chain, MacDonald acquired NISSCO, one of the nations largest Jan/San buying groups with more than $2 billion in combined purchasing power. Mr. MacDonald is also a founding shareholder of AccessNationalBank.com, a Northern Virginia business-banking firm, and is an owner and active developer of real estate in the Dulles, Virginia corridor. Currently, Chad is a member Young Presidents Organization (YPO). Chad is active in community affairs and dedicated to worthwhile charities as a Board Member of the of Washington Metro Chapter of the National Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Chairman of The BM Research Foundation, and Board Member of the National Melanoma Research Foundation. Mr. MacDonald brings nearly 25 years of business leadership and industry experience to our company.

One of the founding members of
ServiceForce, Bob has been
instrumental in the strategic
direction and development of the
company and its employees. As
founder and CEO of CADD Concepts
Inc., a retail focused MEP design
and engineering firm, Bob pioneered
the usage of CADD systems in the
engineering field and co-holds a US
Patent in the Electrical products
field. Recognizing the need for more
comprehensive management systems
after the construction of a
facility, Bob entered into the
management consulting industry
working with Fortune 100 companies
to better manage and provide
maintenance services to their
facilities.
As the former Chief Operating
Officer of EA, Ltd., a 32-year-old
performance-based facility services
consulting firm, Bob has consulted
and overseen outsourcing events for
companies such as Phillip Morris,
BASF, Merck & Co. and Procter &
Gamble.
Along with our in-house programmers;
Bob is responsible for the design,
development and strategic direction
of our proprietary web based
technology platform. He has
successfully integrated IT,
operations, compliance and finance
into a comprehensive yet user
friendly application.
Bob has been a speaker and trainer
for several national organizations
and has had several articles
published in industry magazines and
journals such as PRSM and Retail
Construction Magazine. He provides
expertise in business development,
transition management and
performance-based measurement and
management processes. Bob brings
over 20 years of business leadership
and industry experience to our

Keith Marcoe ,
Vice President |
Keith is responsible for all components of ServiceForce’s procurement / supply chain strategies, and leads our supply Group Purchasing Organization, National Independent Sanitary Supply Companies (NISSCO).
Since being purchased by Chad MacDonald in 2000, NISSCO has become one of the nation’s leading distribution groups for the janitorial and sanitation industry with over $2 billion in sales, 500 distributor members, and more than 100 prominent manufacturing partners including Georgia Pacific, Johnson-Diversey, Rubbermaid, Advance/Kent Equipment, Proctor and Gamble. Owning NISSCO allows ServiceForce to procure products from a leveraged position providing “below-market” pricing, resulting in cost savings for the client and enhanced profitability for ServiceForce.
Marcoe spent 23 years at International Paper Company (NYSE: IP) holding management positions including Distribution Division President (xpedx). More recently, Keith was National Director for Network Services Company, the nation’s largest independent distribution group for MRO and maintenance supplies with over $8 Billion in sales.
Keith is highly recognized in the Janitorial Maintenance Supply industry and serves as an Advisory Board Member for the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA). In 2006, Marcoe was named to the industry’s Key Business Leaders Panel that included prominent representatives from distribution, manufacturing and retailing. Keith is a highly recognized consultant and speaker for the industry including representing the ISSA at international symposiums. Keith has been published on distribution and supply chain strategies on numerous occasions, and currently sits as an Editorial Board Member for Maintenance Supplies Magazine. Mr. Marcoe brings over 30 years industry experience to this position. |

Donald E. Franklin, CPA
Chief Operating Officer |
Mr. Franklin recently joined the ServiceForce team and is responsible for the day-to-day operating and long-range planning activities, including revenue and sales growth; expense, cost and margin control; and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management. Additionally, based on his previous history in the facility management space and familiarity with acquisition strategies, he will be responsible for coordinating the company’s effort in this area.
Mr. Franklin is recognized as a strategic visionary business leader as he successfully integrated his years of construction and facility’s service knowledge with medical and scientific expertise when he founded Building Health Sciences in 2004. Prior to that he was the president and chief operating officer of Encompass Global Technologies (EGT), a $300 million division of Encompass Services Corporation (ESR), a publicly traded company of nearly 30,000 employees, operations in over 250 locations in the U.S., and annual revenues of $4 Billion. Additionally, Mr. Franklin oversaw the operations of Encompass National Service, a division of EGT that provided integrated facility management services, including self-performance of all mechanical, electrical, cabling, and plumbing services to national, big box, retail and commercial facilities. During his tenure, he designed, built, installed, established an end-to-end integrated call center for the 250 locations comprising ESR, and received the Pinnacle Award from Microsoft for his efforts.
In 1998, Mr. Franklin sold his company Commercial Air, Power & Cable (CAPC) to Group Maintenance America Corporation (predecessor to company to Encompass). Mr. Franklin served as chief financial officer of CAPC, a full-service provider of design, engineering, installation, construction, maintenance, and emergency repair services of HVAC, mechanical, electrical and data cabling systems. As the platform company, CAPC’s new mission was to provide design, build, and maintain services for high technology and other facilities on a national scale.
Mr. Franklin began his career as an auditor with KPMG Peat Marwick, Washington, D.C. and was responsible for the entire US Air audit engagement, including acquisition of Piedmont Airlines and PSA Airlines, pension plans, 10-K filings, 10-Q filings, 8-K filings, and all aircraft financing equipment trust certificate filings. He graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, with a degree in accounting and received a Certificate in International Business Studies from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. |
