Thomas Balkus,

Regional Director - Operations & Customer Relations Services

Mr. Balkus comes to ServiceForce with an impressive career in the Facility Maintenance Industry. Tommy has distinguished himself with high level management positions in both sales and operations for the nation’s most prominent facility service organizations. He has also recently managed sales initiatives for a major national maintenance equipment manufacturer, thus bringing a unique insider’s understanding of this crucial element in the world of janitorial services.

As Director National Janitorial Services, Tommy will be responsible for sales and operational excellence in a highly competitive multi-state region. Balkus brings a decade of experience and proven success to Service Force.

     
Rookmin Bhagwandin,
National Operations Center Manager
For nearly 10 years prior to joining ServiceForce, Rookmin headed up the Customer Service Center for a large international communications company; Coordinating the processing of approximately 5,000 service requests per month, 3,000 invoices per month and served as the Customer Service liaison for approximately 2,800 locations for a National Customer base including Fortune 100 companies. In her capacity, Rookmin will ensure the highest level of service by reviewing processes and procedures for continuous improvement and change. Rookmin is also responsible for analyzing Service/Work Order activity and makes recommendations for changes in procedures and systems to constantly refine Operations. Rookmin brings nearly 21 years of Customer Service and Operations center experience to our company.
     
Thomas Seavey,
Director – National Janitorial Services
Tom has been in the janitorial business for over 30 years. A true “start at the bottom” story as he started out as a routine cleaner, became a supervisor, area supervisor, operations manager, director of operations and so on. The first 15 years of his career was spent focused on the commercial cleaning aspect of the business where he was running projects for millions of square feet including buildings for ATT, GTE, Miller Brewing, Gulfstream Aerospace, Hughes Aircraft, GSA locations, Delphi and GM. Tom also spent 3 years of his career on the supply and equipment side of the business as he also mastered the retail cleaning business while at Ogden-Allied (now UNICCO) and Coveralls. Tom brings a complete and comprehensive knowledge base and understanding of the janitorial business to the project.
     
Jim Galliera,
Director - Technical Trades and Compliance
Jim has over 25 years of experience in the maintenance and management field. His experience ranges from running an entire maintenance shop comprised of 165 United Steel Workers to serving as Regional Director of Maintenance overseeing a portfolio of acute care nursing homes totaling over 500,000 sq. ft with approximately 800 beds. Jim’s most relevant experience to this project came when served as Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds for West York Area School District. For over four (4) years he was in charge of all facilities maintenance and contracting for a school district comprised of (8) buildings with 80 acres of sports fields and ancillary grounds.
