Thomas Balkus,

Director - National Janitorial Services

Mr. Balkus comes to ServiceForce with an impressive career in the Facility Maintenance Industry. Tommy has distinguished himself with high level management positions in both sales and operations for the nation’s most prominent facility service organizations. He has also recently managed sales initiatives for a major national maintenance equipment manufacturer, thus bringing a unique insider’s understanding of this crucial element in the world of janitorial services.

As Director National Janitorial Services, Tommy will be responsible for sales and operational excellence in a highly competitive multi-state region. Balkus brings a decade of experience and proven success to Service Force.

     
  Rookmin Bhagwandin,
National Operations Center Manager
For nearly 10 years prior to joining ServiceForce, Rookmin headed up the Customer Service Center for a large international communications company; Coordinating the processing of approximately 5,000 service requests per month, 3,000 invoices per month and served as the Customer Service liaison for approximately 2,800 locations for a National Customer base including Fortune 100 companies. In her capacity, Rookmin will ensure the highest level of service by reviewing processes and procedures for continuous improvement and change. Rookmin is also responsible for analyzing Service/Work Order activity and makes recommendations for changes in procedures and systems to constantly refine Operations. Rookmin brings nearly 21 years of Customer Service and Operations center experience to our company.
     
 
  Perry Dodd,
Northwest Regional Director
In Perry’s role as Regional Director, he oversees all elements of ServiceForce business initiatives in a multi-state region. Coordinating corporate strategy, sales, operations, and execution, Perry is responsible for all aspects of developing and maintaining positive client relationships. Perry Dodd has a diverse background in business and operations management. Perry has served as Director of Operations for a subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, and has worked with California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Perry also personally grew an $80 million contract portfolio from a $2 million start up company. Perry has developed successful business offices for ServiceForce throughout the Western region, and has been directly credited with significant growth within his region. Mr. Dodd brings 25 years or experience to his position.
     
 
 

Larry Martin,
Southwest Regional Director

Larry serves as Regional Director for a fast growing multi-state region. Mr. Martin is responsible for ensuring that ServiceForce corporate strategy is properly executed resulting in increased sales, successful operations, and enhanced profitability. Throughout his comprehensive service career, Larry has been successful in developing and maintaining positive client relationships. Larry had a highly successful12 years in the HVAC/R industry as sales and operations manager with a major service company serving the West Coast. Larry also served 8 years in total facility maintenance with a national provider to retail and commercial facilities. Mr. Martin brings over 25 years experience to his position.
