Environmental
Policy Statement
ServiceForce is committed to providing a
safe, healthy workplace for all of our
employees and customers.
The ServiceForce approach to safety is to:
1. Comply
with all applicable Federal, State and Local
regulations;
2. Maintain
a workplace free of hazards or to correct
those found as soon as possible;
3. Protect
ServiceForce employees and customers from
occupational illness, injury or death;
4.
Enable, empower, and hold employees
accountable for safety at every
organizational level;
5.
Drive safety attitudes and behaviors at the
line-level, supported by management guidance
and control, and executive sponsorship;
6.
Measure and monitor safety results in order
to drive ongoing effectiveness and
improvements.
Safety and environmental excellence can be
achieved through careful planning and active
participation between management, employees,
contractor, subcontractor and suppliers.
To
that end, ServiceForce will:
(1) Properly
train all employees as to the risks and
responsibilities involved in any remediation
or hazardous “clean-up”
(2) Provide appropriate regulatory
documentation, including manifests, as
called for via proper regulatory authorities
(3) Provide our employees with the most
“up to date” equipment and information to
safely execute those designated duties as
assigned, and
(4) Make every effort to not impact the
regular working conditions at our clients’
facilities and their employees.
We feel that by continual safety and
environmental training at all levels for our
employees, and the required safety and
environmental training of contractor,
subcontractor and supplier employees, we
have instilled and will continue to instill
a “SAFETY FIRST” attitude and awareness, as
well as developing pride in working safely
in an environmentally secure work place.
